2. What Happens When You Opt Out 

When you submit a valid “Do Not Sell or Share” request, we will: 

- Stop sharing your personal information with advertising and analytics partners in ways that constitute a “sale” or “sharing” under applicable law; and 

- Stop sharing new leads with Lender Partners for marketing purposes where such sharing is considered a “sale” under applicable law, except as necessary to fulfill your direct requests. 

We may still use and share your information as permitted by law, for example: 

- To respond to your direct inquiries or requests; - To comply with legal obligations; 

- To prevent fraud or security incidents; or 

- In connection with a merger, acquisition, or similar transaction. 

3. Previously Shared Information 

Your information may have been shared with Lender Partners or other third parties before we processed your opt‑out request. We cannot always control those third parties’ use of your information. You should contact them directly to exercise your privacy rights under their policies. 

We will process your request as soon as reasonably practical and within the time frames required by law. Please allow up to 45 days for full implementation across our systems. 

4. Other State Privacy Rights 

If you are a resident of California or another state with a comprehensive privacy law, you may have additional rights regarding your personal information, including: 

- The right to access or request a copy of your personal information; 

- The right to request correction of inaccurate personal information; 

- The right to request deletion of personal information (subject to certain exceptions); and
