It is not a separate legal entity or a registered fictitious business name.

3.2 No Endorsement or Advice

We do not provide financial, legal, investment, or tax advice. All content is general and educational. Consult a HUD-approved counselor or your own professionals before making financial decisions.

3.3 Compensation

We may receive compensation for marketing, lead-generation, or referrals. This does not affect your loan cost but may influence which Lender Partners we work with.
